Foxglove Cottage was newly converted from an old farm barn during 2004 and is now an appealing single storey, L-shaped cottage. It retains the old front and pine end stone walls of the barn but has been completely rebuilt to afford all the amenities of modern living whilst keeping the character of the old.

THE LARGE TASTEFULLY FURNISHED LIVING/DINING ROOM


The living room has two large, comfortable sofas with side tables, coffee table, TV/Video, a CD/tape/radio music centre and a dining area seating 6 people.

There are also some books and games/toys for bored little ones.

THE BRIGHT AND CHEERFUL KITCHEN


The well equipped kitchen has everything necessary to make cooking on holiday as easy as possible.
There is a ceramic double oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a washer dryer.
Plenty of crockery, glasses and cutlery is also provided.

THE DOUBLE AND TWIN BEDROOMS


The bedrooms overlook the small front garden, are light and airy and prettily furnished in pale blue and white.
Either a fold-up 'z-'bed or cot can also be accommodated in the double bedroom if required.
All bedlinen and duvets are provided, however towels and t.towels are not.

The blue and white bathroom has a bath with shower over, W.C, handbaisin with shaving socket/
light above and an airing cupboard.


OUTSIDE THE COTTAGE


At the rear of the cottage is a large terraced area with wooden table and chairs, a BBQ and a small raised flower border.
There is also a gravelled parking area for 2 cars with direct access via a field gate.

GENERAL INFORMATION


  • All bedding is provided for the cottage but not towels and t.towels.

  • Children are welcome and a cot/high chair are available.

  • We will accept one very well behaved pet.
